Technology is my passion and I have put a considerable amount of time and effort into learning and growing my skillset. I currently have 4 active certifications: CompTIA Security+, Network+, A+ and Microsoft Azure AZ-104. I also completed a Python coding program using Codecademy. As I continue to operate within the tech sector, I adapt my skillset towards the position I fill.

In my current position as an Information Specialist II. I am responsible for maintaining and supporting complex enterprise systems for hundreds of users. My experience includes System administration, virtualized environments, and managing network infrastructure. I have also worked on various platforms, including Windows, Apple, and Linux to design, deploy, and manage services and applications.

I have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and technical support to end-users. I am able to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently while ensuring minimal downtime and business interruption.
